Legal Document Bodies (Romanian source text)
Drafted 2026-08-20 from the six legacy documents in daily use on restartix-leo (the clinic's telemedicine acord + informare, the platform participation disclaimer, the website terms and the website privacy/cookie policy).
This file is the source text. Each body appears in both published locales, Romanian first because that is the language it was drafted in and the one the legacy documents were written in. It is deliberately NOT mirrored under apps/docs/ro/legal/ — the bodies here are the artefacts themselves, and duplicating a legal body is how two versions of the same clause drift apart. The scaffolding around them is English to match the rest of apps/docs/legal/.
All eight are seeded for local development, and none by a migration.infra/scripts/seed-local/01-legal-bodies.sql publishes the two platform bodies and the two clinic templates in en and ro; 02-demo-clinic.sql publishes the demo clinic's terms and privacy notice — assembled from those templates — plus all four clinical instruments. Run both with make seed-local from services/api/ after a make migrate-reset.
Not migrations, deliberately. A migration would carry this to staging and production on the same path as the schema, and publishing the platform bodies is a decision with a cost: both are blocks_access, so a new version fires the 412 re-consent gate for every patient who accepted v1. Locally that is free; elsewhere it is a deliberate act with its own timing. The scripts carry a copy of the text below — change a body here first, then regenerate.
Not lawyer-reviewed. These replace the v1 placeholder bodies seeded by 000008 / 000009 and are written to be accurate about what the software actually does. They still need counsel review before a real clinic publishes them — see Counsel Engagement Brief.
Where each body goes
| # | Body | Target | Format | Authored in |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Platform terms | consent_purpose_versions — platform_terms, organization_id IS NULL | text | seed-local/01 |
| 2 | Platform privacy notice | consent_purpose_versions — platform_privacy_notice, organization_id IS NULL | text | seed-local/01 |
| 3 | Clinic terms template | legal_document_templates — document_type = 'terms', en + ro | text | seed-local/01 |
| 4 | Clinic privacy notice template | legal_document_templates — document_type = 'privacy_notice', en + ro | text | seed-local/01 |
| 5 | Online consultation | consent_purpose_versions — telemedicine, org-scoped | html | Clinic → Legal Documents |
| 6 | Unsupervised therapeutic exercise | consent_purpose_versions — telerehab, org-scoped | html | Clinic → Legal Documents |
| 7 | Video recording | consent_purpose_versions — video_recording, org-scoped | html | Clinic → Legal Documents |
| 8 | Biometric and movement capture | consent_purpose_versions — biometric_capture, org-scoped | html | Clinic → Legal Documents |
| 9 | Research use of pseudonymised data | consent_purpose_versions — research_use, org-scoped | html | Clinic → Legal Documents |
Bodies 1–4 are seeded by seed-local/01 and can also be republished from the Console surfaces (Platform Legal Documents / Legal Document Templates); bodies 5–8 are authored by each clinic in Clinic → Legal Documents, and seed-local/02 publishes them for the demo clinic so the gated flows can be exercised. Bodies 1–4 render with whitespace-pre-wrap, so they carry no markdown — a # or ** would print literally. Bodies 5–8 are sanitised HTML restricted to the editor's own toolbar (p, h1–h3, strong, em, u, blockquote, ul/ol/li); anchors, images and every attribute are stripped by internal/shared/richtext.
Version vs revision
Publishing with intent = 'version' forces every patient to accept again — a 412 for blocks_access purposes, a closed gate for gates_feature ones. intent = 'revision' corrects wording without disturbing a single existing grant. Any change to what the patient is agreeing to is a version. Fixing a typo, a stale phone number or an ambiguous sentence is a revision.
Placeholder values for the first clinic
The two templates carry {{clinic_name}}, {{registered_address}} and {{dpo_email}}, filled per clinic in the Clinic editor. For Zero Durere:
| Placeholder | Value |
|---|---|
clinic_name | Centrul Integrativ Online Zero Durere S.R.L. |
registered_address | Strada Alexandriei nr. 99C, parter, bl. 1, Bragadiru, jud. Ilfov |
dpo_email | OPEN — must be Zero Durere's own address. It held datepersonale@restartix.ro until 2026-09-20, which routed the clinic's patients' DSARs to the platform. |
dpo_emailis the clinic's, never the platform's. The clinic is the data controller and CLAUDE.md is explicit that DSAR routing flows through the clinic, never the platform — a RestartiX address in a clinic-authored instrument invites exactly the joint-controllership reading (GDPR Art. 26) the tenancy rules exist to prevent. The platform's ownprivacy@restartix.combelongs in the platform bodies only. Ask Zero Durere for theirs before publishing; do not substitute one of ours as a stand-in.
The platform is a registered medical device — what that binds
RestartiX MedCare v1.0 is CE-marked and registered as Class I under MDR (EU) 2017/745, manufacturer RESTARTIX CENTER S.R.L., SRN RO-MF-000055558, Basic UDI-DI 5943172000RESTARTIXRY, UDI-DI 05943172000001. The classification rests on Rule 13 — the "all other software" rule.
The declaration is deliberately conservative; the software is not. Class I via Rule 13 is Strategy A in medical-device.md — the framing chosen to enter the market — while the platform is engineered toward Class IIa. So the IFU and the Technical Specification are the legal description of the device, and they do not constrain what gets built. Do not read a Class I sentence as an engineering rule.
What they constrain is narrower and entirely about this file: what the published legal bodies claim. The line runs between building a capability and putting it in front of a patient under the current CE mark — a release decision, not an architecture one.
Three consequences for the bodies here:
- No published text may claim the platform measures, monitors or diagnoses, including the four a clinic writes for itself. The label declares „fără funcție de măsurare". A clinic instrument promising that the software tracks their range of motion contradicts the manufacturer's declaration, and a clinic must not be able to publish the platform out of its classification. When the intended purpose is updated on the way to IIa, this constraint moves with it.
- The clinical claims stay with the clinic. The clinic prescribes, evaluates and decides; the platform delivers and documents. Every body here is written that way.
- The IFU is part of the device. Where a body tells a patient what to do or not do with the exercise programs, it must agree with the IFU (
www.restartix.ro/ifu) rather than paraphrase it loosely — which is why thetelerehabinstrument now carries the IFU's own lists verbatim.
The device documentation is not in this repo, and per the owner it is correct as it stands. The Rule 11 citation in the Spec's classification justification is still worth a Rev. 1 correction; see the open items.
What was deliberately dropped from the legacy text
Carried over as prose only where the software backs it. Struck entirely:
- The irrevocable content licence (legacy T&C §7.6 — "acces nerestricționat și irevocabil… dreptul de a utiliza, reproduce, modifica, transmite și distribui" over anything submitted through the site). Patients upload MRI reports; as written it claimed a perpetual licence over Art. 9 health data.
- "Informațiile rămân în proprietatea Vânzătorului" (§7.1) — personal data is not property, and the clause contradicts erasure and portability.
- Blanket consent to third-party marketing partners (§7.7) — neither specific nor freely given.
- Everything citing Legea nr. 677/2001 (§11) — repealed in 2018.
- Browsewrap (§10.10–10.12, and the website privacy policy's preamble): "prin utilizarea platformei… acceptă" plus "continued use = acceptance of amended terms". The ledger requires an explicit, recorded, version-pinned act.
- "Ne transmiteți aceste informații pe propriul dvs. risc" — a controller cannot disclaim Art. 32.
- Physical-goods clauses — transport, ambalaj original, garanție under Legea nr. 449/2003. There are no physical products.
- Order, payment, invoicing and returns (§2, §3, §4, §6, §9). Nothing in this platform sells anything;
access_offersfulfils ashop_orderraised elsewhere. Those clauses stay with whatever takes the money. - The email promise — the legacy
informaresays the questionnaire and the appointment time arrive by email. The platform sends patients no email at all today, so the text says "în contul dumneavoastră" instead. - The minors clause as something to agree to. The platform enforces it: a caregiver may answer for someone under 18 and nobody else.
1. Platform terms — platform_terms
Author: RestartiX, in Console → Platform Legal Documents. Scope: platform (organization_id IS NULL). Enforcement: blocks_access.
Why §2 still says RestartiX does not intervene in the medical act, given that support staff enter the prescribed plan. customer_support is a per-org role template — the person doing that work holds a membership in the clinic's organization and acts as the clinic, which is the only thing the code supports; there is no routine path for platform staff to write clinical content into a tenant short of break-glass. So the manufacturer's position is intact and §2 is accurate as written.
It stops being accurate the day RestartiX offers customer support as a service to a clinic that is not itself RestartiX. Today the two entities coincide — RESTARTIX CENTER S.R.L. is both manufacturer and clinic operator — which is also why the IFU can say „echipa RestartiX de suport pacienți" and be right. Revisit §2 and the DPA before the second tenant onboards.

date fiziologice.
(a) să accesați conturi sau date care nu vă aparțin;
(b) să încercați ocolirea măsurilor tehnice de securitate;
care conține programe informatice dăunătoare;
pentru a furniza serviciul clinicii, potrivit secțiunii 2 litera (c).
7. DISPONIBILITATE
terapeutice, care aparțin clinicii și profesioniștilor săi;
incomplete;
9. MODIFICAREA PREZENTULUI DOCUMENT
Putem modifica prezentul document.
13. LEGEA APLICABILĂ ȘI SOLUȚIONAREA LITIGIILOR
Prezentul document este supus legii române. Vom încerca soluționarea pe cale
amiabilă a oricărei neînțelegeri.
soluționare online a litigiilor.

PLATFORM TERMS OF USE — RESTARTIX
1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THE PLATFORM IS
The RestartiX platform is operated by RESTARTIX CENTER S.R.L., a company with
its registered office at Str. Anastasie Panu nr. 1, sector 3, 031161,
Bucharest, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no.
J40/14582/2011, unique registration code 29427019, telephone +4021 555 38 13,
e-mail contact@restartix.com, website www.restartix.ro.
This document governs the relationship between RestartiX and you, as a user of
the platform. It is not your contract with the clinic: medical services are
provided to you by the clinic you registered with, under that clinic's own
terms and privacy policy.
2. THE ROLE OF RESTARTIX
RestartiX is a technology provider. We give clinics the infrastructure through
which they deliver care at a distance — appointments, online consultations,
forms, exercise programs, documents — and we do not intervene in the medical
act.
Specifically:
(a) medical acts, consultations, recommendations and therapeutic programs are
performed exclusively by healthcare professionals working within the
clinic;
(b) RestartiX does not provide medical services, does not assess your state of
health and does not review clinical decisions;
(c) in respect of your medical data the clinic is the controller and RestartiX
is a processor, processing that data solely on the clinic's documented
instructions.
3. THE PLATFORM IS A MEDICAL DEVICE
The platform is registered as CE-marked medical device software under
Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices.
Name: RestartiX MedCare
Version: 1.0
Risk class: I
Manufacturer: RESTARTIX CENTER S.R.L.
Single Registration Number (SRN): RO-MF-000055558
Basic UDI-DI: 5943172000RESTARTIXRY
UDI-DI: 05943172000001
The declared intended purpose is digital support for delivering, organising and
documenting recovery programs recommended by specialists. The platform does not
establish diagnoses, does not generate automatic therapeutic recommendations,
does not autonomously modify treatment and does not interpret physiological
data.
The instructions for use are available at www.restartix.ro/ifu and we recommend
you read them before starting an exercise program. Among other things they
describe the situations in which you must not use the platform, and the signs
on which you must stop exercising and seek medical advice.
Any technical problem that could affect your use of the platform should be
reported to the manufacturer at contact@restartix.com or +4021 555 38 13.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
You need an account to use the platform. You undertake to provide true and
complete information and to keep it up to date, because the clinic makes
decisions based on it.
Keeping your login credentials confidential is your responsibility, as is
activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised use,
notify the clinic and write to us at security@restartix.com.
One account may also manage the profiles of family members in your care. For a
person under 18, agreements are given by their legal representative.
5. USING THE PLATFORM
You undertake to use the platform in good faith, for the purpose for which it
was made available to you. You may not:
(a) access accounts or data that do not belong to you;
(b) attempt to circumvent technical security measures;
(c) upload unlawful content, content infringing the rights of others, or
content containing harmful software;
(d) systematically extract the platform's content or reproduce it for
commercial purposes.
6. PLATFORM CONTENT
The software, video materials, texts, images, trade marks and graphic elements
of the platform belong to RestartiX or its licensors. We grant you a personal,
limited, non-transferable right of use for the duration of your account and
within the access granted to you by the clinic.
The documents and information you upload remain yours. We acquire no right to
use them for our own purposes; we process them solely in order to provide the
service to the clinic, in accordance with section 2(c).
7. AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and working
correctly. We cannot, however, guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance,
failures at providers we depend on, or incidents beyond our control may occur.
Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.
The platform is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency call 112.
8. LIABILITY
We are liable, under the law, for damage caused by failing to perform the
obligations we assume under this document.
We are not liable for:
(a) the content of the medical act, clinical decisions and therapeutic
recommendations, which belong to the clinic and its professionals;
(b) the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information you provide;
(c) unavailability caused by your network, device or software.
Nothing in this document limits our liability for personal injury or death
caused by our fault, for acts committed intentionally or through gross
negligence, for the obligations incumbent on us as a processor, or for the
rights consumer-protection legislation grants you and which you cannot waive.
9. CHANGES TO THIS DOCUMENT
We may amend this document. A new version does not take effect merely because
you continue to use the platform: we will present the new text and ask you to
accept it, and your acceptance is recorded. Until you accept, the version you
did accept remains applicable.
Editorial corrections that do not change what you accepted — a clerical error,
an updated contact detail — are published without asking for a new acceptance.
10. TERMINATION
You may close your account at any time. Closing your account does not in itself
end your relationship with the clinic, nor the clinic's legal obligations to
retain medical records; those are governed by the clinic's terms and by
applicable medical legislation.
We may suspend or close an account used in breach of section 5, having informed
you beforehand, except where delay would cause harm.
11. PAYMENTS
Clinic subscriptions and services are contracted separately, directly with the
clinic or through the sales channel it indicates. This document does not govern
prices, invoicing or refunds. The platform grants you the access acquired that
way.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party is liable for failing to perform its obligations where that is
due to an event of force majeure. If the event lasts more than 15 days, either
party may terminate the contractual relationship without damages.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
This document is governed by Romanian law. We will attempt to settle any
disagreement amicably. Failing that, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts
determined according to law.
As a consumer, you may also contact the National Authority for Consumer
Protection (anpc.ro) or use the European online dispute resolution platform.

POLITICA DE CONFIDENȚIALITATE A PLATFORMEI RESTARTIX
1. CINE SUNTEM
RestartiX are două calități diferite, cu regimuri diferite:
(a) Pentru datele dumneavoastră medicale — dosarul clinic, consultațiile,
platformei, RestartiX are calitatea de operator. Secțiunile care urmează
se referă la această a doua categorie.
(b) Date privind utilizarea platformei: momentul autentificării, dispozitivul
4. TEMEIURILE JURIDICE ȘI SCOPURILE
(a) Executarea contractului — art. 6 alin. (1) lit. (b) din Regulamentul (UE)
2016/679: crearea și administrarea contului, autentificarea, punerea la
dispoziție a funcționalităților platformei, asistența tehnică.
(b) Interesul legitim — art. 6 alin. (1) lit. (f): securitatea platformei,
prevenirea accesului neautorizat și a abuzurilor, diagnosticarea
defecțiunilor, îmbunătățirea stabilității serviciului. Interesul nostru
relația cu o clinică, aceasta pierde accesul la profilul dumneavoastră;
6. CUI DIVULGĂM DATELE
Datele pot fi accesate de:
(a) clinica la care sunteți înregistrat și personalul acesteia;
Lista actualizată a
privacy@restartix.com;
(a) Pentru datele medicale, adresați-vă direct clinicii, care are calitatea de
operator.
Gheorghe Magheru nr.
28-30, sector 1, București, www.dataprotection.ro) și de a vă adresa
instanțelor de judecată.
12. MODIFICĂRI
Putem actualiza prezentul document.

RESTARTIX PLATFORM PRIVACY POLICY
1. WHO WE ARE
The RestartiX platform is operated by RESTARTIX CENTER S.R.L., with its
registered office at Str. Anastasie Panu nr. 1, sector 3, 031161, Bucharest,
Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/14582/2011, unique
registration code 29427019.
For any data-protection matter you can write to us at
privacy@restartix.com.
2. TWO DIFFERENT ROLES, WHICH WE ASK YOU TO DISTINGUISH
This document explains how RestartiX processes your data. RestartiX acts in two
different capacities, under different regimes:
(a) For your medical data — the clinical record, consultations, completed
forms, exercise programs, uploaded documents — the controller is the clinic
you registered with, and RestartiX is a processor. We process that data
solely on the clinic's documented instructions and under a data processing
agreement concluded with it. How the clinic uses this data is described in
the clinic's privacy policy, not here.
(b) For your account data and the technical operation of the platform,
RestartiX is the controller. The sections that follow concern this second
category.
3. WHAT WE PROCESS AS CONTROLLER
(a) Account data: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, preferred
language and time zone, and your authentication credentials.
(b) Platform usage data: sign-in times, the device and browser used, IP
address, and the pages accessed within the platform.
(c) Security and audit logs: who performed an action, when, and on which
record.
(d) Technical error reports, under the conditions in section 10.
(e) Correspondence with our support team.
4. LEGAL BASES AND PURPOSES
(a) Performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679:
creating and administering the account, authentication, making platform
functionality available, technical support.
(b) Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f): platform security, preventing
unauthorised access and abuse, diagnosing failures, improving service
stability. Our legitimate interest is maintaining a safe and functional
service, and processing is limited to what that purpose requires.
(c) Compliance with a legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c): retaining audit logs and
responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
5. YOUR PROFILE AND THE CLINICS YOU ARE REGISTERED WITH
The profile data you enter once — name, date of birth, contact details,
allergies and the other information you choose to complete — is stored in one
place and becomes visible to the clinics you are registered with, so that
medical staff can care for you without asking you for the same information
again.
That visibility follows from your registration with the clinic: a clinic you
are not registered with cannot view your profile. If you end your relationship
with a clinic, it loses access to your profile; medical records that clinic
created remain in its own records, as required by medical legislation.
6. WHO WE DISCLOSE DATA TO
Your data may be accessed by:
(a) the clinic you are registered with and its staff;
(b) our service providers, acting as sub-processors and solely on our
instructions: cloud hosting, video-conferencing services, video content
delivery, transactional e-mail, technical monitoring. An up-to-date list of
sub-processors is available on request at privacy@restartix.com;
(c) public authorities, where the law requires it and within the limits of the
request.
We do not disclose data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
The infrastructure the platform runs on is located in the European Union. Where
a sub-processor also processes data outside the European Economic Area, the
transfer is made on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted by
the European Commission, together with supplementary measures where our
assessment requires them.
8. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA
(a) Account data: for as long as the account exists and 30 days after it is
closed, during which the account can still be restored.
(b) Security and audit logs: 6 years, a period imposed by our traceability
obligations.
(c) Technical error reports: no more than 90 days.
(d) Medical data: the period is set by the clinic, under applicable medical
legislation. Closing your account does not delete it.
9. SECURITY
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption of
communications and of stored data, isolation of each clinic's data at database
level, role- and permission-based access control, logging of actions taken on
data, encrypted backups, and periodic verification of the restore procedure.
National identification data such as the personal numeric code is stored
encrypted and may be viewed only by staff the clinic has granted that
permission, with every viewing recorded.
10. COOKIES, LOGGING AND TECHNICAL MONITORING
We use strictly necessary cookies: those that keep you signed in and those that
remember the clinic whose context you are browsing, together with the language
and display preferences that follow from it. The platform cannot function
without them. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track your
behaviour outside the platform.
To diagnose failures we use an error-monitoring service hosted in the European
Union. It is configured so as not to collect your IP address, user identifiers
or form content. When an error occurs, a reconstruction of the last moments of
the interface is also transmitted, in which all text, completed fields and
images are fully masked and cannot be read.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of
processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right not to be
subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. The platform makes
no automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you.
How you exercise them depends on who the controller is:
(a) For medical data, address the clinic directly, as controller. If we receive
such a request, we forward it to the clinic and inform you accordingly.
(b) For account and technical data, write to us at privacy@restartix.com.
We reply within one month of receiving the request; that period may be
extended by two months for complex requests, in which case we will inform
you.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority
for Personal Data Processing (B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru nr. 28-30, sector
1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro) and to bring proceedings before the
courts.
12. CHANGES
We may update this document. A change to what you accepted will be presented to
you for acceptance, and your acceptance is recorded. Editorial corrections are
published without a new acceptance.

required_placeholders: clinic_name, registered_address, dpo_email — all three appear below, which the publish validation checks.
Section 11 describes the org_terms withdrawal cascade exactly as trigger_consent_org_terms_cascade implements it: soft-delete of the patients row at that clinic, cancellation of active subscriptions, and cascade-withdrawal of every other org-scope consent. TERMENI ȘI CONDIȚII — {{clinic_name}}
solicitat:
(a) programarea și desfășurarea consultațiilor, în cabinet sau online;
(b) evaluarea documentelor medicale pe care ni le puneți la dispoziție;
(c) formulare și chestionare medicale necesare evaluării;
(d) programe de exerciții terapeutice pe care le urmați la domiciliu;
(e) documentele întocmite în urma consultațiilor.
software marcat CE, clasa I, fabricat de RESTARTIX CENTER S.R.L. Ea are rol de
confidențialitate a clinicii.
nostru nu îl mai poate consulta;
(b) abonamentele active la clinica noastră se anulează;
12. MODIFICAREA PREZENTULUI DOCUMENT
Putem modifica prezentul document.
profesional competent.
Prezentul document este supus legii române.English (en):
TERMS AND CONDITIONS — {{clinic_name}}
1. THE PARTIES
This document sets out the terms on which {{clinic_name}}, with its registered
office at {{registered_address}}, provides you with medical services through
the RestartiX platform.
For any matter concerning your data you can write to us at {{dpo_email}}.
The platform is operated by a technology provider which does not intervene in
the medical act. Responsibility for the medical services is ours.
2. SUBJECT MATTER
Through the platform we may provide you, depending on the services you have
requested:
(a) the scheduling and conduct of consultations, in the clinic or online;
(b) assessment of the medical documents you make available to us;
(c) medical forms and questionnaires needed for the assessment;
(d) therapeutic exercise programs you follow at home;
(e) the documents drawn up following consultations.
3. YOUR ACCOUNT AND THE INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
Our clinical decisions are based on the information you send us. You undertake
to provide true and complete information, to tell us about relevant changes in
your state of health, and not to allow others access to your account.
4. APPOINTMENTS
An appointment becomes firm when it is confirmed. The cancellation deadline and
the rescheduling conditions are communicated to you when the appointment is
made.
If you cannot keep an appointment, tell us as soon as you know, within the
deadline you were given, so the slot can be offered to another patient.
5. LIMITS OF CARE PROVIDED REMOTELY
Services provided remotely do not involve a physical examination. They do not
replace an in-person consultation and do not remove the need for further
investigations.
If the documents you send us are incomplete, illegible, or do not allow a
well-founded medical opinion to be formed, we reserve the right to refuse to
provide the service. We will inform you of the refusal and its reasons, and any
amounts paid for the service not provided will be returned to you.
The platform through which we provide these services is CE-marked medical
device software, class I, manufactured by RESTARTIX CENTER S.R.L. It serves as
digital support for delivering, organising and documenting care: it does not
establish diagnoses, does not generate automatic therapeutic recommendations
and does not change your plan by itself. Clinical decisions are ours. The
instructions for use are available at www.restartix.ro/ifu.
6. SEPARATE AGREEMENTS
For online consultations, for exercise programs followed without supervision,
for video recording of consultations and for camera-based movement analysis, we will
ask you for separate agreements, each with its own text.
Those agreements may be withdrawn at any time, individually. Withdrawal stops
the service the withdrawn agreement relates to and does not affect the rest of
the care you receive at our clinic.
7. PATIENTS UNDER 18
For a person under 18, services are requested and agreements are given by their
legal representative, through that person's account.
8. PAYMENTS
Prices, payment methods and refund conditions are communicated to you when the
service is contracted and are not the subject of this document.
9. LIABILITY
We are liable for the medical act under the legislation applicable to
healthcare professions.
We cannot guarantee a particular therapeutic outcome and cannot be liable for
the consequences of failing to follow the recommendations given, or of
providing incorrect or incomplete information.
Services provided through the platform are not emergency medical care. In an
emergency call 112.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Your medical data is processed in accordance with professional secrecy. How we
process it is described in the clinic's Privacy Policy.
11. DURATION AND ENDING YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CLINIC
This document applies for as long as you are a patient of our clinic.
You may withdraw your acceptance of this document at any time. Withdrawal ends
your relationship with our clinic and has the following immediate effects:
(a) your record at our clinic is closed and our staff can no longer view it;
(b) active subscriptions at our clinic are cancelled;
(c) the other agreements you have given us are withdrawn together with this
one.
Withdrawal does not delete medical records already created: medical legislation
obliges us to retain them for the periods laid down by law. During that period
they are no longer used for your care.
You may register again later by accepting this document again.
We may also end the relationship where continuing care is no longer possible on
medical grounds, or where the obligations above are not observed, having
informed you beforehand and ensuring continuity of care as required by law.
12. CHANGES TO THIS DOCUMENT
We may amend this document. A new version will be presented to you for
acceptance, and until you accept it the version you did accept remains
applicable. Editorial corrections are published without a new acceptance.
13. COMPLAINTS AND GOVERNING LAW
You may send any complaint to {{dpo_email}}. We reply within 30 days.
You may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection and, for
matters concerning the medical act, the competent professional body.
This document is governed by Romanian law.4. Clinic privacy notice template — legal_document_templates, privacy_notice, ro
Author: RestartiX, in Console → Legal Document Templates. Enforcement: blocks_access. required_placeholders: clinic_name, registered_address, dpo_email.
Three toggleable_sections follow the main body, keyed as the existing seed keys them (video_recording, biometric_capture, cross_border_transfer). A clinic that has not published the matching instrument leaves the first two off — a notice describing recording at a clinic that never records is a false statement, not a harmless extra.

POLITICA DE CONFIDENȚIALITATE — {{clinic_name}}
1. OPERATORUL
4. SCOPURILE ȘI TEMEIURILE JURIDICE
(a) Furnizarea serviciilor medicale — stabilirea conduitei terapeutice,
consultațiile, prescrierea și urmărirea programelor de exerciții,
întocmirea documentelor medicale. Temei: art. 9 alin. (2) lit. (h) din
Regulamentul (UE) 2016/679, coroborat cu art. 6 alin. (1) lit. (b), și
legislația privind reforma în domeniul sănătății.
(b) Îndeplinirea obligațiilor legale — ținerea evidențelor medicale,
arhivarea documentelor, raportările prevăzute de lege, facturarea.
Temei: art. 6 alin. (1) lit. (c) și art. 9 alin. (2) lit. (i).
marketing. Temei: art. 6 alin. (1) lit. (a) și, pentru datele privind
sănătatea, art. 9 alin. (2) lit. (a). Fiecare dintre aceste
efectuate anterior.
(d) Interesul legitim — securitatea sistemelor, prevenirea utilizării
Temei: art. 6 alin. (1) lit. (f) și art. 9 alin. (2) lit. (f).
5. CINE ARE ACCES LA DATE

PRIVACY POLICY — {{clinic_name}}
1. THE CONTROLLER
{{clinic_name}}, with its registered office at {{registered_address}}, is the
controller of the personal data processed in connection with the medical
services we provide to you.
You can contact us on any data-protection matter at {{dpo_email}}.
The platform through which we provide our services is operated by a technology
provider acting as a processor, which processes the data solely on our
documented instructions, under a data processing agreement.
2. WHAT DATA WE PROCESS
(a) Identification data: surname, given name, date of birth and, where the law
obliges us to record it, the personal numeric code. The personal numeric
code is stored encrypted, only you enter it, and our staff may view it only
if granted that permission, with every viewing recorded.
(b) Contact data: e-mail address, telephone number, address.
(c) Health data: the medical documents and imaging investigations you send us,
the history of your condition, the answers given in completed forms and
questionnaires, the assessments and recommendations drawn up by our
specialists, and the progress recorded during treatment.
(d) Care data: appointments, consultations, prescribed exercise programs and
how you worked through them.
(e) The agreements you have given or withdrawn, together with the date, the
version of the text accepted and the manner in which it was given.
3. WHERE THE DATA COMES FROM
The data comes mainly from you: at registration, through completing forms,
through uploading medical documents, and during consultations. Some of the
profile data you completed in your account becomes visible to us through your
registration with our clinic.
Other data is generated by our specialists following the assessment of your
documents and the consultations.
4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
(a) Providing medical services — determining the therapeutic approach,
consultations, prescribing and monitoring exercise programs, drawing up
medical documents. Basis: Art. 9(2)(h) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, read
with Art. 6(1)(b), and the legislation on healthcare reform.
(b) Compliance with legal obligations — keeping medical records, archiving
documents, reporting required by law, invoicing. Basis: Art. 6(1)(c) and
Art. 9(2)(i).
(c) Processing based on your consent — online consultations, exercise programs
followed without supervision, video recording of consultations, camera-based
movement analysis, marketing communications. Basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and, for
health data, Art. 9(2)(a). Each of these consents is given separately and
may be withdrawn at any time, without the withdrawal affecting the rest of
your care or the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
(d) Legitimate interest — systems security, preventing misuse, and the
establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) and
Art. 9(2)(f).
5. WHO HAS ACCESS TO THE DATA
(a) Our specialists involved in your care and administrative staff, each within
the limits of their duties.
(b) Other specialists within our clinic, where the specialist considers an
exchange of opinions on the basis of your medical documents to be
necessary. That exchange takes place without your physical presence and
serves to confirm a diagnosis or a therapeutic approach.
(c) The platform provider, as processor, together with its sub-processors,
under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
(d) Public authorities, where the law obliges us and within the limits of the
request.
We do not sell your data and we do not disclose it for commercial purposes.
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP THE DATA
Medical records are kept for the periods laid down by the legislation on
archiving medical documents, which may exceed the duration of your relationship
with the clinic.
The record of agreements given and withdrawn is kept for 6 years, as evidence
that we have met our obligations.
Data no longer necessary for any of the purposes in section 4 is deleted or
anonymised.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of
processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw
your consent where consent is the basis of the processing.
The right to erasure is limited in respect of medical records: Art. 17(3)(c) of
the Regulation allows us to retain them where processing is necessary for
reasons of public interest in the area of public health or under a legal
obligation. In those cases the data is not deleted, but it is no longer used
for your care.
We make no decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal
effects concerning you.
You may exercise your rights by writing to us at {{dpo_email}}. We reply within
one month; that period may be extended by two months for complex requests, in
which case we will inform you.
8. DATA SECURITY
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data
against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Staff access is limited by
roles and permissions, and actions taken on data are logged.
9. COMPLAINTS
If you consider that we have infringed your rights, please write to us first at
{{dpo_email}}. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National
Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe
Magheru nr. 28-30, sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro) and to bring
proceedings before the courts.

presented to you for acceptance. Editorial corrections are published without a
new acceptance.Toggleable section video_recording (default: off)

Camera-based movement analysis
Where you have given your agreement, during exercises the camera on your device
may be used to estimate the position of your body, in order to evidence that
you performed the exercises.
Biometric data belongs to the special categories of data, which is why
processing it rests on your separate consent, given apart from the other
agreements. The estimation runs on your device, and its result — the
body-position landmarks and the confirmation that the exercise was performed —
is transmitted to us and kept in your clinical record. The camera image is not
transmitted to us and is not stored.Toggleable section cross_border_transfer (default: on)

<ul>
</ul>
<ul>
</ul>

<h2>Online consultation agreement</h2>
<p>This document explains how an online consultation at our clinic works and
asks for your agreement to be consulted in this way.</p>
<h3>How it works</h3>
<ul>
<li>you upload to your account the medical documents you have, including
imaging results;</li>
<li>you complete the medical questionnaire needed to prepare the
assessment;</li>
<li>at the date and time confirmed in your account, you join the video call
with the specialist.</li>

<h3>Who consults you</h3>
<p>The consultation is carried out by a healthcare specialist regulated under
Law no. 138/2026, within the limits of their professional competence.</p>
<p>If the specialist considers it necessary, they may consult other specialists
at our clinic on the basis of your documents, to confirm the diagnosis or the
course of treatment. This exchange of opinions takes place without you present
and is bound by the same professional confidentiality.</p>
<h3>What an online consultation cannot do</h3>
<p>An online consultation <strong>does not involve a physical
examination</strong>. The specialist's opinion is based on the documents you
make available to us and on the conversation with you.</p>
<ul>
<li>it is not a complete method of diagnosis in the absence of a clinical
examination;</li>
<li>it does not rule out a different interpretation reached during an
in-person consultation or in other clinical conditions;</li>
<li>it does not replace your relationship with your treating doctor.</li>
</ul>
<p>If the documents you send are incomplete, illegible or do not allow a
well-founded opinion to be formed, we will tell you that we are declining to
provide the service and why.</p>
<h3>You have the right to refuse this format</h3>
<p>You may ask for a conventional, in-person consultation at any time.</p>
<h3>Withdrawing your agreement</h3>
<p>You may withdraw this agreement at any time from the agreements section of
your account. From that moment we can no longer book or hold online
consultations for you. In-person consultations and the clinic's other services
are unaffected.</p>
<blockquote>
<p>By signing this agreement I confirm that I have read and understood the
information above, including the limits of an online consultation, and that
I agree to be consulted in this way.</p>
</blockquote>6. Unsupervised therapeutic exercise — telerehab
Author: the clinic, from blank. Scope: org. Enforcement: gates_feature — checked at session-run creation (services/api/internal/core/domain/sessions/consentgate.go), and only for a clinic that has published this instrument. body_format = 'html'.
The stop-on-pain paragraph is a statement of responsibility. The operative acknowledgement is the per-run safety prompt in the session player — this text must not contradict it.
The contraindications and the stop-signs list are lifted from the registered device documentation (Spec §4, IFU §8), not invented here. Nothing in the product asks any of them today — the natural home is a screening form on the F3 program_start trigger, and until that exists this agreement is the only place a patient is told. Keep the two lists in sync with the IFU: they are part of a controlled document, and an agreement that contradicts the IFU is worse than one that omits it.

<ul>
<li>durere severă instalată brusc;</li>
<li>deficit neurologic care se agravează;</li>
<li>pierderea controlului urinar sau fecal;</li>
<li>traumatisme recente;</li>
efortul fizic.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Ce vă revine</h3>
<ul>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>pierderea echilibrului.</li>
</ul>
<p>Nu putem garanta obținerea unui anumit rezultat.

<h2>Agreement on home exercise programs</h2>
<p>You carry out the exercise program we recommend on your own, at home. We ask
for your agreement after explaining how it works and what is expected of
you.</p>
<h3>How the program reaches you</h3>
<p>The program is recommended by one of the clinic's specialists, based on the
information you have given us and the assessment carried out, and is adjusted
along the way as you progress.</p>
<p>The program is not a complete method of treatment in the absence of a
clinical examination and does not remove the need for other investigations,
consultations or therapeutic approaches recommended by your treating
doctor.</p>
<h3>How it works</h3>
<ul>
<li>the exercises are performed individually, at home;</li>
<li>the video materials are accessed whenever you choose, without real-time

<li>the pace and intensity stay within the limits of your functional
capacity.</li>
</ul>
<p>A clinic specialist may follow your progress remotely and send you
instructions, based on the medical recommendation.</p>
<h3>When you must NOT use the program</h3>
<p>The exercise program is not intended for stand-alone use in acute or
high-risk situations. Do not start or continue the exercises, and see a doctor
instead, if any of the following applies to you:</p>

<li>severe pain that came on suddenly;</li>
<li>a neurological deficit that is getting worse;</li>
<li>loss of bladder or bowel control;</li>
<li>a recent injury;</li>
<li>fever, infection or a suspected systemic illness;</li>
<li>recovery after surgery, without your doctor's approval;</li>
<li>a high-risk pregnancy or uncontrolled cardiovascular disease;</li>
<li>any situation in which a doctor or physiotherapist has advised you
against physical exertion.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What is expected of you</h3>
<ul>
<li>to make sure the space where you exercise is safe and free of
obstacles;</li>
<li>to follow the instructions you receive and the recommended number of
repetitions or duration, and not to force the range of movement;</li>
<li>to move slowly and with control, breathing normally;</li>
<li>not to go beyond your own limits of tolerance.</li>
</ul>
<h3>When you must stop the exercise</h3>
<p>Mild discomfort or muscle tension is normal. <strong>Stop
immediately</strong> and seek medical advice if you experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>sharp pain, or pain that radiates strongly;</li>
<li>new numbness;</li>
<li>muscle weakness;</li>
<li>dizziness or nausea;</li>
<li>chest pain or difficulty breathing;</li>
<li>loss of balance.</li>
</ul>
<p>In an emergency, call 112. The platform is not a means of communication for
medical emergencies.</p>
<h3>Before you start</h3>
<p>Make sure the doctor who follows your care agrees with the proposed
activities, especially if you are being treated for another condition or have
recently had surgery.</p>
<h3>Instructions for use</h3>
<p>The platform through which you receive the program is a CE-marked Class I
software medical device. The instructions for use, which include the full list
of the situations above, are available at www.restartix.ro/ifu, and we
recommend that you read them before your first session.</p>
<h3>What we cannot guarantee</h3>
<p>We cannot guarantee any particular result. The program does not replace an
in-person visit, a physiotherapy assessment or your relationship with your
treating doctor.</p>
<p>The program is carried out according to the specialist's instructions and
the instructions for use. We are not liable for the consequences of not
following them, or of continuing an exercise after any of the stop signs listed
above appears.</p>
<h3>Withdrawing your agreement</h3>
<p>You may withdraw this agreement at any time from the agreements section of
your account. From that moment you can no longer follow the prescribed exercise
programs, and any program in progress stops. Consultations and the clinic's
other services are unaffected.</p>

<p>By signing this agreement I confirm that I understand how the program
works, its limits and the responsibilities that fall to me, and that I take
part voluntarily and on an informed basis.</p>
</blockquote>7. Video recording — video_recording
Author: the clinic, from blank. Scope: org. Enforcement: gates_feature. body_format = 'html'.
Draft only — do not publish yet. Nothing records: the room adapter (services/api/internal/core/domain/video/daily.go) never calls a recording API, and the video_recording gate is a comment in sessions/consentgate.go, not code. One precision, because a legal document should not overstate a control: the adapter declares an enable_recording property but does not send it, so recording-off is the provider's default rather than our assertion. Sending it explicitly is action-plan item 5, and it should land before this instrument is published. Publishing an instrument is the clinic declaring the consent is required — asking a patient to consent to processing that never happens puts a false statement in the ledger. Publish this as version 1 on the day recording actually ships, and confirm the retention figure in the last section against what is then configured.

</blockquote>8. Biometric and movement capture — biometric_capture
Author: the clinic, from blank. Scope: org. Enforcement: gates_feature. body_format = 'html'.
⏳ WRITTEN AHEAD OF THE FEATURE — ready to use the day the platform starts sending the data, and not before. Rewritten on the owner's decision of 2026-09-20 (option B: the capture evidences performance to the clinic) from a body that described on-device-only processing. The earlier body matched today's code and could have been published; this one describes the processing F10 will do. That is intentional — the form is being prepared in advance, not left broken. A patient signing it today would be agreeing to a transfer that does not happen, so it waits.
The three things that switch it on, all of them:
- F10 pose ingest exists.
POST /v1/pose/frames, the codec, the landmark store and a specialist-facing read. Todayservices/telemetry/has no pose package and the Portal preview transmits nothing (apps/portal/components/session/pose-opt-in-client.tsx: "nothing is recorded, stored, or sent anywhere"). Until it does, this text promises a clinic a record it will not receive, and asks the patient to consent to a transfer that never happens — over-declaring, which is its own Art. 5(1)(a) problem. - The declared intended purpose covers measurement — the Class IIa step. The CE label declares no measuring function and the Spec declares the device does not interpret physiological data. "Proof that the exercise was performed", derived from body landmarks, is an interpretation of physiological data and therefore outside the current declaration. A patient-facing instrument is exactly where a supervisory authority or a notified body would read the claim back to us.
- Retention, recipients and erasure are decided. The body now tells the patient the landmarks stay in the clinical record and survive withdrawal. That must match a real retention rule and a real erasure path before it is a promise rather than a sentence.
When it does ship, this is a new version, never a revision — the processing changes, so every existing grant must be collected again.
The two sentences that were removed, and why they mattered: „Clinica noastră nu primește nici imagini, nici măsurători rezultate din această analiză" and „nu constituie o măsurătoare medicală". They were the two load-bearing statements keeping this instrument inside the Class I declaration. Their removal is the whole of the change; everything else follows from it.
What the camera image does, still: it never leaves the device. Option B transmits the derived landmarks and the performance confirmation, not the footage — which is what F10 was always designed to send, and why that sentence survives intact in the body below.

<ul>
</ul>
<blockquote>
<h2>Agreement on camera-based movement analysis</h2>
<p>During the exercises, your device's camera may be used to track the position
of your body, in order to provide evidence that you performed your exercises.
This document asks for your agreement to this feature.</p>
<h3>How it works</h3>
<p>The app estimates the positions of certain points on the body — shoulders,
elbows, hips, knees — and shows them on screen as a guide for you.</p>
<p>The estimate is made <strong>on your device</strong>, and its result is sent
to us: the reference points of your body position and confirmation that the
exercise was performed. These are kept in your clinical record and may be
viewed by the specialist treating you.</p>
<p><strong>The camera image is not sent to us, is not stored and does not leave
your device.</strong> We receive the reference points, not the footage.</p>
<h3>What it does not do</h3>
<ul>
<li>it does not record video or take photographs;</li>
<li>it does not identify you by your face;</li>
<li>it does not make a diagnosis and does not change your recovery plan on
its own — clinical decisions belong to the specialist.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Why we ask for a separate agreement</h3>
<p>Data about the position and movement of your body fall within the special
categories of data set out in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Their
processing is based on your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a), which is
why we ask for it separately from the other documents.</p>
<h3>You may refuse</h3>
<p>The exercises work the same way without this feature; without it, completion
of your exercises is recorded on the basis of what you go through in the app.
Refusing does not affect your program or any other care.</p>
<h3>Withdrawing your agreement</h3>
<p>You may withdraw this agreement at any time from the agreements section of
your account. From that moment the camera is no longer used to track your
movement. Reference points sent earlier remain in your clinical record as part
of the record of your care; you may request their deletion at the contact
address given in the privacy notice.</p>
<blockquote>
<p>By signing this agreement I confirm that I understand what camera-based
movement analysis involves, that the estimate is made on my device and its
result is sent to the clinic and kept in my clinical record, that the camera
image does not leave my device and that I may withdraw my agreement at any
time, and I give my explicit consent to this processing.</p>
</blockquote>9. Research use of pseudonymised data — research_use
Author: the clinic, from blank, in Clinic → Legal Documents. Scope: org. Enforcement: none today — nothing in the code branches on it. body_format = 'html'.
⏳ DRAFTED, NOT SEEDED — and deliberately separate from every other consent. Added 2026-09-20 after a proposal to justify the
biometric_captureagreement under art. 9 alin. (2) lit. (j). That citation was wrong for a signed instrument: (j) is the ground that permits special-category processing for research without consent, where Union or Member State law provides for it with art. 89(1) safeguards. If a patient is signing, the ground is (a) — explicit consent — and § 8 now says so. Research is a genuine want, so it gets its own document instead of being folded into one whose stated purpose is clinical.
Why it must stay separate. A patient has to be able to accept care documentation and refuse research. Bundling the two would make neither consent freely given (art. 7 alin. (4)) and would breach purpose limitation (art. 5 alin. (1) lit. (b)) — a document saying "movement analysis, for your treatment" cannot quietly also mean "and for our studies".
Open before this publishes, beyond the usual:
research_usedoes not exist as a consent purpose. No seed row, no code path. Per the house rule, a purpose earns a ledger row only once something branches on it — so this stays drafted until a research pipeline is real.- Pseudonymisation has to be a mechanism, not a sentence. The body promises the data carries no name; something must actually strip it, and the classification registry entry must reflect a research egress target that does not exist today.
- Ethics and national law. Health-data research in Romania engages Legea 190/2018 and, depending on design, an ethics committee. Out of scope for this file, in scope before a single patient signs.
- Withdrawal is not retroactive for published work, and the body says so plainly rather than promising an erasure that cannot be delivered.
<blockquote>
</blockquote>Open items these drafts surfaced
- Nothing prompts a clinic to publish its instruments. The gates arm on adoption, so a clinic that never writes its
telerehabagreement simply has the gate off forever. Wants an onboarding-checklist item. - No cookie consent exists anywhere in portal, clinic or console. Section 10 of the platform privacy notice describes strictly-necessary cookies truthfully today; it stops being true the moment anything optional lands.
- Patients receive no email. The clinic terms say a refusal will be communicated and the platform terms promise maintenance notice. Both are currently unbacked.
- The
analyticsconsent purpose is read by nothing. It is seeded as apreferenceand no code branches on it, so neither notice mentions it. - The two entities need separating in production data. Docs 1–4 were authored by Centrul Integrativ Online Zero Durere S.R.L.; Docs 5–6 by RESTARTIX CENTER S.R.L. The platform bodies must be published under the latter and the clinic bodies under the former, or the processor/controller split exists only on paper.
- Support staff enter the plan, and they cannot. Confirmed by the owner: IFU §5.5 and Spec §6.8 step 7 are correct — customer support implements the exercise plan from what the specialist prescribed. But
protocols.prescribeis granted toadminandspecialistonly (000023_sessions.up.sql), so the role that does this work in practice does not hold the permission for it. Either the clinic grants it on its owncustomer_supportrole, or those people are carryingadmin. Worth confirming which, since the second is a much wider grant than the job needs. - The Spec cites Rule 11 as a basis for Class I. „Clasa I, Regula 13 si regula 11" — Rule 11 is the rule that pushes software to Class IIa. Rule 13 alone is the basis. A defect in a controlled document, worth correcting at the same Rev. 1.
- The declaration lists indications and contraindications. Spec §3 and §4 are therapeutic claims sitting inside a Rule 13 declaration, alongside „înregistrarea progresului declarat de utilizator".
overview/medical-device.mdalready names progress tracking and treatment-plan management as functions that independently trigger Rule 11. This is the "not exactly proper" caveat the regulatory consultant gave, now written down. Noted rather than actioned — the Class IIa path is the answer to it, and the timing is a business call. - Nothing in the product asks the contraindications. They exist only in the
telerehabagreement now. A screening form on the F3program_starttrigger is where they belong. - No device-identification surface exists. "RestartiX MedCare" appears in one portal blurb string and nowhere else — no version, no UDI, no CE mark, no IFU link anywhere a patient can reach. Class I still requires the user can identify the device and reach its instructions.
- "v. 1.0" has no anchor in the repo, and IFU §11 promises that updates do not change the intended purpose without prior assessment. That is a change-control obligation with no process behind it.
- The GS1 licence expires 25.05.2027. The UDI depends on it.
- The IFU is written as if RestartiX runs the care — „linkul primit de la RestartiX", „echipa RestartiX de suport pacienți". Workable while Zero Durere is the only tenant; it must become tenant-neutral before the second clinic, or every clinic's patients get instructions naming another company as their care coordinator.
- Nothing checks that the seed scripts and this document still agree. They carry a copy of every body. It matched when they were generated; a later edit here with no regeneration behind it would silently diverge. A
cmd/check-*comparing the two is cheap if this becomes a recurring shape. - Production has no path to this text. The seeds are local-only by design, so promoting any body to staging or production is a manual publish through the Console and Clinic editors — deliberate, and not yet written up as a runbook.
- Counsel review before any of this is published to a real clinic.
